What You Provide:

• Up to 2 high-resolution, clear, and well-lit photos of yourself.
• Photos must be visually sharp and detailed—the creative process cannot begin without suitable imagery.

Refund Policies:

• If you request a refund before the artwork process begins (during the photo exchange stage), a 50% non-refundable booking fee applies.
• If you request a refund after the creation process has started, only 25% of your payment will be refunded.
